Direct Production

We have foreign production managers from Denmark that are training, leading and giving their experience and knowledge to the local employees and managers in the production in  GOLDEN PIGLET. All data regarding production is registered in a foreign program called AGROSOFT that is an important tool for the local management. We have a closed cycle of production in both farms that is formed from 4 sections (reproduction, farrowing, weaning, slaughter). Our goal is to have a stable, efficient production in order to assure a stable quantity and the best quality of pigs on both internal and external market. Per year we are producing 160 000 slaughter pigs.

Indirect Production

In the Indirect Department we are finishing construction of two automatic food mills with the capacity of 25 tons per hour to meet our needs in food processing for both farms.

We are making differents type of finished food for the gestation sows, lactation sows, weaning and slaughter pigs. In all receipes are used local cereals ( barley, wheat, soya cake, sunflower cake, vegetable oil) and only micro and macro-components are coming from abroad.

During harvest time we are stocking cereals in total 14000 tones, that are put in silobags with capacity of 200 tones each and in the buildings storage of 2000 tones capacity.

We have special equipment for filling in cereals in the silobags and as well for taking out cereals from the bags.
